SI JI CHUN OOLONG TEA
The aroma of Sijichun is particularly strong, has obvious elegant floral fragrance, refresh and mellow, not just having oolong tea aftertaste but also green tea aroma. It’s suitable for drinking in all seasons, hence named Si Ji Chun (Four season spring tea). Using gentle heat match up exclusive Chu’s roasting technique, Sijichun has bright and golden tea soup with slightly Dong Ding oolong tea’s taste, smooth, mild, mellow and having excellent flavor.

BREWING METHOD
To brew these teas, fill your teapot with 1/3 to 1/2 of the tea leaves, add boiling water, and steep for around 60 seconds. This method allows for multiple infusions, with extended brewing times for each subsequent infusion.
